Please note, if system performance is impacted or an outage is occurring, do not press the reset button on the router as this will remove the settings from the router. If you have done this you can recover your router settings and reconnect by following the instructions here.
You can find out which tower location you are connected to by logging into your account online at billing.dreamtilt.com.au with your account email address and password and then going to Services and clicking on your broadband plan. In this area it will state which tower you are connected to.
